IN THE PARK
London is blessed with many lovely open spaces and they are fantastic places to enjoy a workout. I currently train at:
Clissold Park (of course!)
Highbury Fields
Hackney Downs
Finsbury Park
Emirates Stadium (on the concourse) - Spurs fans are welcome but don’t wear your replica kit.
Trees, benches and hills are ideal props for a creative workout and I also have a wide selection of conventional (and not so conventional) equipment to help you reach your goals.
At Home
If you haven't the time or inclination to travel to the gym and aren’t quite ready to train in public you can enjoy a session in the comfort of your own home or garden. Again, I have the equipment to give you an excellent workout.
In my private gym
If the weather gods decide we’re in for a wet one, or it’s blisteringly hot, many clients prefer to train indoors. Luckily, I have my own gym only a 2 minute walk from Clissold Park, so rain never stops play (or exercise!).
The gym is fully equipped with free weights, kettle-bells, medicine balls and suspension trainers, so is particularly useful for resistance-focused sessions.
